Juice pasteurizer stainless steel heating coil, for preserving freshly squeezed fruit juices.

And this is how it is done: - You fill your fruit juice immediately after pressing, or after the clarification process into the juice barrel, which is located in the final location in the cellar. The barrel should have a diameter of 40-80 cm and a height of max. 120 cm. Please use only ever-full barrels with stainless steel oil lids! - Now dip the stainless steel juice pasteurizer so far into the juice that it rests on the bottom of the barrel (juice height max. 100 cm). Connect to the power supply (220V). - Set the desired temperature on the device with thermostat and the job is done. - As soon as the juice reaches the desired temperature (of about 80-85°C), unplug the device. (In the case of the device with a thermostat, the device switches off automatically when the desired temperature is reached). - Now place the oil lid on the juice surface and pour the ecological oil between the lid edge and the barrel edge directly on the hot juice, at least 10 mm high. - Please close the juice barrel with the dust lid.

Now you can drain and enjoy your delicious sweet juice from the tap day after day, for months.
