Ingredients 100% from Austria:
We only use ingredients that come from Austria. We make sure to use regional and sustainably grown products - of course only the flours from our Stöber mill. Of course, we also do without the use of genetic engineering, artificial flavors as well as colors and preservatives.

The burger bun consists of the following ingredients:
- wheat flour
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- dry yeast
- sesame

1 baking mix gives 9 black burger buns or approx.1000g of finished pastries

It's so easy to bake 9 Black Burger Buns:
Remove the sesame (small sack) and set aside. Open the freshness seal and put the baking mixture in a large bowl.
Warm 90 ml milk and 150 ml water (see milk and water line in the can) and 60 g butter either in a saucepan or separately in the microwave for 30 seconds each until the butter dissolves. Let cool to the touch and stir in two eggs.
Add the lukewarm milk mixture to the baking mix and knead the dough by hand, the food processor or the Thermomix for approx. 4 minutes.
Let the dough rest in a warm place (approx. 24 ° C) covered in the bowl.
Pour the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and form it into a roll without kneading a lot. Divide the dough roll into 9 equal pieces with a dough card and grind to smooth balls.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and brush with the yolk milk mixture (1 tablespoon milk & 1 yolk whisked). Cover with cling film and let it rest in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.
Brush the buns again with the yolk and milk mixture and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 190 ° C hot air. Bake at 190 ° C for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170 ° C and bake another 9 minutes until golden brown. Put burger buns off the tray and let them cool briefly and fill as you like.
Griller: At the end of the walking time, preheat the griller with a pizza stone to indirect medium heat (approx. 200 ° C). Dust the preheated pizza stone with flour, spread the buns over it, place it on the indirect zone of the grill, close the grill lid and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes (200 ° C) until golden brown. Give the burger buns from the pizza stone, let them cool briefly and fill them as you like.
