Finally your own bread! Together we bake bread and pastries for gourmets according to the latest trends and time-honored methods, natural
and traditional. With flour, water, yeast, salt and various pre-doughs such as sourdough.
Successful recipes, simple breads and Weckerl with very good taste (eg rye mixed bread, potato bread, Dreikornweckerl, root bread ...) are taught in a pleasant, friendly and fun atmosphere and each course participant can help. Worked with rye sourdough and the knowledge around "sourdough itself produce and maintain" imparted. We learn manual skills from kneading, knitting to cutting the dough.
Many tips and tricks for baking bread are thus provided. At the end, the bread fresh from the oven may be tasted.
Material & equipment will be provided by us! The whole in the nice ambience of the new holzeis - STORE. Discussion to the successful bread baking & course documents inclusive!
