STELZL wine, Sauvignon blanc Schlossberg 2018

Elegant and delicate bouquet with hints of green vegetal and leafy aromas, as well as a hint of freshly threshed wheat. Highly elegant with a fine blade, the aromas from the bouquet are finely interwoven. The wine has a medium weight and combines a classic style with noblesse.

Soil: barren Opok soil, calcareous clay marl slate, partly sandy streak
Aging: 6 months in steel tanks and partly fermented in neutral oak barrels and stored on fine lees
Analytical values: 13.3% vol. Alk; 1.2 g / l RZ; 6.3 g / l tbs
Maturity: 3-5 years
Food pairing: Fine fish and seafood, but also with Asian dishes, asparagus, mushroom dishes and shellfish or simply single
