Subtle and calmly flowing, with aromas of Boskoop apples, white gooseberries, some cassis with delicate herb notes. Deep in the glass of fennel seeds. First a pinch of green leafy spice - fresh fruit on the back, fine acid network, citrus in the long finish. Extremely balanced, taut and clearly structured and expresses the barren, chalky marl slate in an elegant way.
