Dark, almost black ruby garnet, violet reflexes; Fine nose of nougat, intense dark berry fruit, fine woody spice, pleasantly coconut, hints of orange and dried plum, topped with fresh black cherries and some currant, attractive, fine bouquet; On the palate wonderfully dense, cherry compote, juniper, blackberry, fine roasted, dense and juicy, sweet berry confit, candied orange zest, multi-faceted, spicy mint and tobacco, rich smooth tannins, pithy, balanced and wonderfully persistent, dark chocolate, perfect balance, some gingerbread spice and Plums in a very complex finish;

A very big wine, substantial, drink-stimulating with very much potential!
