The Bradley Smoker is a unique smoking cabinet that comes complete with an accompanying smoke generator. A hardwood briquette is burned in this every 20 minutes. This innovative system guarantees a constant temperature in the smoker cabinet. The clean smoke always gives you a tasty meal without a bitter aftertaste. 9 hours you no longer have to worry about the smoke cabinet and can simply enjoy.
Simply set the desired temperature on the digital control panel and the smoker will keep it constant for the entire smoking period.

Bradley Smokers are capable of producing both cold and hot smoke. If cold smoking is preferred, the Cold Smoke Adapter is recommended as a suitable accessory.
The Bradley briquettes are gradually burned on an electric element, enhancing your food with the resulting smoke. The temperature is controlled by a separately controllable heating element. On the 4 levels you will find enough space to prepare delicious food for your guests.

Compared to the Bradley Original, the 4 grates have been redesigned to prevent tipping when pulled out.
The side panel of the smoke generator is now removable to allow for easier maintenance and cleaning.
All electronics have been revised to allow for even more precise temperature control.
