Lactol Lactic Acid 80%
Liquid. Recommended to increase the acidity in wines or beers. Can also be used when fermentation is already over. Dosage: 12.5 ml/10 l increase the acidity by 1 g/l.
The acidity of must/wine is always expressed in g tartaric acid/l. In French books you will find the acidity expressed in sulfuric acid. The acidity in sulfuric acid = the acidity in tartaric acid ÷ 1.53. The acidity in tartaric acid = the acidity in sulfuric acid x 1.53.
