The ultimate for fermentation and aging is the Speidel conical pressure tank. This design is mostly used for the single-tank process. The approval up to 2.5 bar pressure offers more application possibilities.
The yeast collects in the cone and can be removed, depending on the design. The beer does not have to be decanted for maturation.
