The ultimate for fermentation and aging is the Speidel aging pressure tank. This design is often used for the single-tank process. The yeast collects in the cone and can be removed, depending on the design. The beer does not have to be transferred for maturing.
This also makes it the ideal complement for the Braumeister 200 liter or 500 liter. The FD-1.2B-ZKG is approved for pressures up to 1.2?bar and TÜV-tested. For even higher requirements, you will also find a maturation tank that is approved up to 3?bar.
