27g small pack for 1.5 l liqueur, semi-bitter made from mountain herbs and aromatic spices.
Directions for use:
360 g of sugar are dissolved in 0.6 lt of water and mixed with 0.6 lt of 96% spirit of wine. To this add this herb pack and leave to infuse for 48 hours. Now the extract is poured through a linen cloth and the liquor is put in the cellar to clarify.
This pack is sufficient for 1.5 lt. of liqueur.
If less is to be made, divide the pack accordingly.
