The holzeis - SMOKING OVEN "MAXI, stainless steel, insulated, 125x40x40 cm is a double-walled, insulated smoker, with which you can smoke e.g. 40 fish or about 25kg of meat in one pass. Of course, you can also smoke other types of meat, such as poultry.

The holzeis - RÄUCHEROFEN "MAXI" also works with our 274005 holzeis - ELEKTROLADE - Set - for all those who do not want to heat with wood.
