The SMOKING OVEN "MIDI", stainless steel, insulated, 80x40x40 cm is a double-walled, insulated smoking oven, with which you can smoke e.g. 20 fish or approx. 12kg of meat in one pass. Of course, you can also smoke other types of meat, such as poultry.

The SMOKING OVEN "MIDI" also works with our 274005 wood ice - ELECTRIC CHARGER - set - for those who do not want to heat with wood.
The diameter of the exhaust pipe is 10.2 cm.

Included with the smoker "MIDI":

  • Drip pan

A trip for all beginners:

When you start smoking it is advisable to have the butcher prepare portions suitable for smoking. You can conveniently transport your future smoked meat in a plastic tub in the trunk of your car. You won't have to struggle with boning and will know right away which parts are suitable for smoking and which are more suitable for sausage. Pork knuckle parts are lean, very tasty and have a good consistency, so they are ideal for curing and smoking. But also shoulder, belly (Wammerl) and the hip are wonderfully suitable.
