The PROFI-SMOKER, stainless steel, insulated, 40x60x125 is a double-walled, insulated smoker with which you can smoke, for example, 60 fish or about 40 kg of meat in one pass. Two separate chambers, with removable drip tray make it possible to smoke even large fish such as eels without problems in the thus enlarged smoking chamber. Of course, you can also smoke other types of meat such as poultry.
The PROFI-SMOKER OVEN, stainless steel, insulated, 40x60x125 also works with our 274005 wood ice - ELECTRIC CHARGER - set - for those who do not want to heat with wood.
