The PROFI-SMOKING OVEN, stainless steel, insulated, 40x60x125 is a double-walled, insulated smoking oven, with which you can smoke, for example, 60 fish or about 40 kg of meat in one pass. Two separate chambers, with removable drip tray make it possible to smoke even large fish such as eels without problems in the thus enlarged smoking chamber. Of course, you can also smoke other types of meat such as poultry.
